Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects with similar scale, complexity, and nature.

This role requires extensive experience in construction planning using Primavera P6, including scheduling, reporting, and 4D-BIM collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5-10 years of working experience is required, preferably with a strong construction/contractor background.
    • Extensive experience in construction planning using Primavera P6, including scheduling, reporting, and 4D-BIM collaboration.
    • The ability to work independently on-site full-time is essential.
  • Qualifications:
    • A degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline is necessary.
  • Project Expertise:
    • Experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary.
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
  • Work Ethic:
    • The ability to work independently, function as a strong team player, and handle fast-paced projects effectively is essential.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels are required.
    • Strong presentation skills are necessary.
