Semiconductor Technology Specialist

In today’s fast-paced technological landscape, the heart of innovation lies in semiconductor development. As a seasoned specialist, you have the opportunity to expand your expertise in this field and drive progress through design and experimentation. Your primary goal is to create more efficient processes at lower costs and higher yields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily monitoring and ownership to address production line abnormalities in a timely manner.
  • Lead projects focused on productivity improvement, utilizing process characteristic analytical tools to enhance conditions and technology.
  • Determine optimal parameters for various semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability.
  • Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, or processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module process development.
  • Desirable experience with 22/28 nanometer and below advanced technology nodes.
  • Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology development.
