Job Title: Portfolio Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the development and execution of portfolios and programs within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for region- and outcome-specific portfolios in alignment with corporate objectives and business needs.
  • Oversee the management of capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
  • Monitor and report on project performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 10 years with an advanced degree.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in construction management and real estate portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Benefits:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with office days confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Travel may be required domestically and internationally, less than 10% of the time.
