Senior Mobile Crane Inspector

As a Crane Inspection Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the structural integrity and operational functionality of mobile cranes and crawler cranes. Your primary responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections to identify any defects or deviations from safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Inspection and Reporting: Conduct detailed inspections of mobile and crawler cranes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, deficiencies, and recommendations for maintenance and repair activities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with relevant safety regulations, standards, and codes applicable to crane operations and maintenance. Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with crane operators, maintenance teams, and project managers to address inspection findings promptly. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, provide regular status updates, and offer guidance on corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance crane inspection protocols, procedures, and equipment to improve operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC work environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team;
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring quality excellence in crane operations.
