We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dishwasher Supervisor to join our team at ONE STEWARDING PTE. LTD. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our dishroom and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the off-duty schedule for our dishwasher team
• Oversee the welfare and disciplinary procedures for our team members
• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment
• Train and onboard new dishwashers to ensure they meet our high standards
• Provide support and cover for the dishwashing team as needed
• Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by our Manager
• Be prepared to work night shifts if required, with a pro-rated allowance of $200
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of water and food safety procedures
• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency in Japanese is an asset
• Well-mannered and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
