Sought After User Experience Expert

We are seeking an experienced Trading Product Designer to elevate the web experience for our traders. As a key member of our user experience department, you will be responsible for translating product requirements and user flows into user-friendly web interfaces.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UX/UI experience in trading, financial products or from a fintech platform. They must also possess excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend their design decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications that clearly communicate design intent to non-designers.
- Championing the principles of web design, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across a range of screen sizes and resolutions.
- Designing and defining intuitive and innovative gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create a fluid user experience.
- Collaborating with the Product and Engineering team to iterate on and refine UI elements based on user feedback and performance data.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand product requirements and develop visually appealing and user-centered designs. As a mid-senior level designer, you will have the opportunity to expand your role as we increase our product offerings.
