About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in managing restaurants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead by example, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, achieving targets while minimizing waste.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
