Job Description

This is a highly complex role that involves collaboration with experts to design, construct and maintain a Formula One Race Track. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Responsibilities include monitoring road levels, estimating project requirements and implementing traffic management plans.
  • Carry out site measurements, prepare estimates for premix ordering and plan assigned projects including night work as scheduled by regulatory bodies.
  • Manage a team responsible for race track construction while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Undertake risk assessments, interact with clients, transport specialists and members of the public.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and attend monthly meetings to review project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
  • Experience working with government agencies such as Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG) or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA).
  • Prior experience in road construction and resurfacing is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is necessary.
