Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within CEVA Logistics' Operational Excellence (OpEx) team. The primary focus will be on creating a suite of operational performance monitoring and management tools, employing a data-driven methodology to enhance the OpEx community's continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop a comprehensive set of monitoring and management tools (including productivity, quality, and performance metrics) that empower the OpEx core team to establish benchmarks, set quantifiable objectives, and outline a strategic improvement roadmap for all logistics warehouse operations.

o Generate Operations KPI reports for key accounts

o Conduct Operational Excellence Audits for major accounts: preparation, execution, action planning, and follow-up


• Utilize advanced data analysis, lean methodologies, and short interval control techniques to pinpoint operational deficiencies, spearhead continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the Operations team, and provide essential support to Logistics Analysts in optimizing warehouse resources.


• Create a lean knowledge management framework that organizes, enhances, and diversifies the learning experience of the OpEx community regarding lean tools and operational excellence practices.


• Actively contribute to the OpEx community by disseminating knowledge of best practices and innovative solutions, organizing technical training sessions and focus group workshops, and developing team resources at both local and regional levels.


• Assist the business development team by supplying pertinent data and insights to existing systems and processes, ensuring alignment between the OpEx community's objectives and the overall business development strategy.


• Collaborate with key members of the Innovation, Automation, Sustainability, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) teams to identify opportunities for implementing new technologies or refining existing solutions within the warehouse environment.

Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business with a relevant focus.


• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.


• Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis.


• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables).


• Knowledge of VBA / SQL / database management is advantageous but not mandatory.


• Comfortable engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.


• A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
