Job Description:

As a key member of the Industry & Technology Collaboration Department, you will play a pivotal role in growing water technologies and supporting the internationalisation of the water industry.

The primary objective is to facilitate the swift transition of laboratory discoveries into industrial applications, while also assisting the water industry in accessing overseas markets.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with the Technology Collaboration Division to promote cutting-edge water technologies to potential adopters within the water industry and adjacent sectors.

Additionally, you will leverage PUB's extensive global networks to help Singapore-based water companies establish a foothold in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with start-ups, SMEs, and other stakeholders in the water space to comprehend their specific interests regarding commercialisation.
  • Identify potential water technology adopters locally and internationally, as well as explore potential uses of the technologies in adjacent industries.
  • Leverage Government-to-Government and multilateral development initiatives to drive growth and collaboration.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of the water industry and its various components. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, engineering, or business administration is desirable.
