Drive Innovation and Impact as a Senior Product Manager

Job Description:
The Product Development Manager is responsible for defining and executing product strategy to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience. This includes analyzing user behavior, proposing potential improvements, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver timely products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmap in line with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with design and development teams to translate consumer insights into impactful products
- Work with business and data teams to monitor product performance and iterate on design based on user feedback
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in product management or data analytics, preferably in the consumer experience field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills, with ability to articulate complex information to different audiences
- Adaptable and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced industry
