Sr Supply Chain Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Management
- Prepare financial reports for assigned programs.
- Represent the company in business reviews with clients, collaborating to address operations performance gaps.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide quality communication to clients' queries.
- Operations Efficiency
- Monitor and address client KPIs with internal stakeholders to improve service levels.
- Order Fulfilment
- Ensure timely order processing and shipment coordination with freight forwarders.
- Billing and Invoicing
- Responsible for accurate and timely billing to clients.
- Project Participation
- Participate in projects as assigned by Program Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business. Minimum 2 years of relevant Freight experience in 3PL.
