Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our finished goods and managing quality control records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample finished goods and maintain accurate quality control records.
  • Prepare equipment and materials for quality checks.
  • Inspect incoming packaging and raw materials, and report any issues.
  • Maintain and update all necessary quality and calibration documentation.
  • Organize and conduct training on good manufacturing practices and food safety.
  • Oversee Halal certification processes.
  • Conduct internal audits and quality checks as scheduled.
  • Assist with various quality control tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in food science and technology, chemistry, nutrition, microbiology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22000 & ISO 9001, and familiarity with Halal requirements.
