Automation Development Expert

As an automation development expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation systems that meet stringent performance and safety standards.

  • Establish key performance indicators and quality metrics via thorough validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) by design, testing, installation, commissioning, and handover for production.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop technical solutions, design experiments, validate procedures, and ensure products meet governance, company, and customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and in-house teams to complete Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) within the delivery deadline.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering in Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a validation engineer or in a similar role.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of automation engineering system design concepts and development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of statistical software analysis (e.g., MINITAB, MATLAB).
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
