
Senior Guest Service Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, responding efficiently and tactfully to their complaints, requests and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior colleagues to provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently and tactfully to guest complaints and enquiries.
- Liaise with front desk staff on guest arrivals and departures.
- Establish contacts with house guests/long staying guests and render assistance when necessary.
- Makes courtesy calls to guests.
- Responsible for requisitioning and keeping stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
- Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage handling and general enquiries.
Requirements:
- O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to perform rotating shifts.
- Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera is advantageous.
