Infrastructure Project Coordinator Role

The Infrastructure Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of new infrastructure projects. Their primary responsibility is to oversee and manage project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and optimal resource utilization.

This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to address project challenges and ensure compliance.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, aligned with timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including manpower allocation, construction progress monitoring, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proactive addressing of project challenges, such as delays, emergencies, and site issues.
  • Optimizing resource utilization through effective manpower planning, work scheduling, and cost management.
  • Implementation of safe and efficient construction methodologies, enforcing project standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in LTA project development, particularly in viaduct and station projects, is mandatory.
