Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Financial Services Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices accurately and managing payments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices in a timely manner and manage payments accordingly.
  • Issue customer invoices and record payments to ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to bill tenants accurately and track overdue payments.
  • Liaise with vendors and customers to address any issues or concerns.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details and accuracy.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
