We are seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Loyalty Executive to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective customer loyalty programs, developing marketing strategies for customer engagement, and managing vendor relationships. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to align business goals and utilize data insights for customer segmentation.
Key Responsibilities- Align business goals with stakeholder input and drive strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and acquisition
- Design and execute marketing plans for targeted customer engagement
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless project implementation
- Analyze customer data to inform segmentation and targeting strategies
- Degree holder with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in customer loyalty or a related field
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
A competitive salary range estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
