Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with service providers to meet customer demands on vehicle standards.
  • Raise technical queries and quotations to ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Submit customer incident forms in the system to address customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers and solicit feedback on repair, including scheduling for next service appointments.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of working experience in the automotive or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interest in the automotive or hospitality industries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
