Air Conditioning Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ACMV Engineer to lead a team of technicians in aircon facilities related activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and leading technical investigations for rectification works, liaising with contractors for ad-hoc jobs, investigating and analysing breakdowns and faults, preparing technical reports on breakdowns and proposals, carrying out assigned projects, assignments, maintenance or repair work, and ensuring complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities - ACMV:- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to field technicians on all maintenance functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and experience in both ACMV and Chillers. He/She should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, and be able to demonstrate good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in both ACMV and Chillers.
- Experience in Air-con repair and maintenance or in HVAC industries is a plus.
- Background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice.
