Job Title: Senior AIML Operations Manager

About This Role

This is a leadership position responsible for managing and directing the team of AI and Machine Learning Annotation Analysts.

  • The role requires effective communication, strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team towards achieving high-quality annotations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the annotation team including coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members to discuss progress, provide guidance and set goals.
  • Hire, train and develop employees by identifying talent, creating training plans and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Drive process improvements, foster collaboration among team members and suggest innovative solutions to overcome business challenges.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in people management in a large or multi-site inbound contact center or similar dynamic environment supervising 25-30 employees.
  • Leadership experience in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with contact center management tools, processes and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in AIML data annotations.
  • Project management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Data analysis expertise.
