Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.


Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of marine-related projects, including Afloat Repairs, Lifesaving & Fire-Fighting Inspection, and offshore projects on Ships/Rigs in Singapore and overseas. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing project quotations and obtaining approval from management
  • Preparing project costings for job completion settlements with customers
  • Issuing material, tools, and equipment requisitions to the supply department
  • Liaising with clients, including Shipowners/Managers, Offshore Operators, Shipyard Repair Managers, Agents, and others

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with marine machinery and equipment
  • Prior experience in Shipyard or onboard ship operations is preferred
  • Coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs, is an advantage
