Sales and Product Excellence Specialist

As a Sales and Product Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. This includes maintaining optimal inventory levels, resolving store issues, and ensuring timely product replenishment.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, providing feedback on product displays, and gathering and analyzing sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements to merchandising tactics.
You will also support and execute promotional activities and events to maximize brand exposure, as well as develop strong relationships with retail partners to enhance collaboration and communication.
Requirements- Education: Secondary / 'N' or 'O' Level education
- Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in supermarket merchandising

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and visual merchandising skills, as well as strong knowledge of merchandise planning, FMCG, and assortment management.
