Job Overview

As a hairstylist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles, colors, and treatments.
  • Cut, trim, layer, and shape hair according to client requests.
  • Wash, condition, and treat hair and scalp using various products and techniques.
  • Apply color, highlights, perms, and other chemical treatments to achieve the desired results.
  • Style hair using tools such as blow-dryers, straighteners, and curling irons.
  • Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products based on client needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best possible services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a hairstylist, hairdresser, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
  • Familiarity with haircare products and tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work standing for long hours.
  • Professional certification in hairdressing (preferred but not always required).
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
