Project Manager | Team Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of project engineers and manage multiple projects across various industries. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality results.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor all projects from beginning to end.
  • Lead the teams in coordinating project activities.
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee Managers and teams working on client engagements.
  • Implement process review and quality assurance procedures.
  • Determine revenue recognition and ensure accurate invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • 10 years of experience in marine, shipyard, petrochemical, power plant, oil & gas or other harsh industries.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and coordinate with inter-department heads.
  • Possess expert knowledge in identifying opportunities for change.
  • Certified Project Management Training would be an advantage.
