Job Title: Patient Experience Manager Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Manager Lead to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient experience across various departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives, collaborating with corporate communications, pastoral care services, and nursing teams.
- To establish strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, providing empathy and support in times of need.
- To identify and address caregiver stress, offering practical solutions and resources to improve their experience.
- To supervise and train Ward Ambassadors, ensuring they provide exceptional patient experience.
- To review and respond to patient feedback and complaints, using these insights to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- To work closely with external agencies to support caregivers and provide post-discharge follow-up.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Counselling-related field of study.
- Prior 3-4 years of relevant working experience in hospitality or healthcare public relations or caregiver support and counselling.
- A minimum 4-5 years of managerial experience in a related field.
- Prior 2-3 years of patient relations work experience from Healthcare/Social Service industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
