Senior Clinical Trials Contract Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trials Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical trial contracts and negotiating agreement terms with commercial sponsors, CROs, academic institutions, or international trial groups.

You will work closely with our Legal Department to ensure that all contractual agreements are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate clinical trial contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Legal Department to ensure that all contractual agreements are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for contract review and negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including commercial sponsors, CROs, and academic institutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact clinical trials and contract management.
