Advanced Software Engineer

As a highly skilled software development engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java and Scala development, commercial and open-source build systems, and distributed software change management systems. A background in DevOps and SRE is also desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Java/Scala Development Experience: You should have a solid understanding of Java and Scala programming languages and their application in software development.
- Commercial/Open Source Build Systems: Familiarity with Maven, Ant, Gradle, and Bazel is essential for this role.
- Distributed/Software Change Management Systems: Experience with version control systems such as Git is necessary.
- DevOps/SRE Experience: Knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring tools is desirable.
- Networking Knowledge: Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, including ICMP and ARP, is required.
- IAC (Infrastructure As Code) Experience: Familiarity with Terraform or similar tools is beneficial.
- Lifecycle of Distributed Systems: You should be able to design, implement, and maintain large-scale distributed systems.
- Performance Availability and Scale Management: Experience with performance optimization and scalability strategies is necessary.
