We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our low latency trading systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed backend systems using Java and Spring framework.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building low latency systems in the financial domain, with expertise in technologies such as Java, Kafka, Solace, SQL, and NoSQL databases. You will also have experience with cloud-native deployments via Kubernetes or Docker.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing performance tuning of application code to optimize system responsiveness
  • Leading architecture discussions and requirement elaborations
  • Participating in code review processes to ensure alignment to company standards and SDLC processes

Additional requirements include a Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant field, strong core Java and Spring skills, and knowledge of React. Finance degrees or certifications are considered desirable.
