About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven investment analysis and performance evaluation using advanced analytical systems, tools, and financial databases.

  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making processes and deliver high-quality quantitative services for new clients and complex products/securities.
  • Demonstrate mastery of statistical methods and technical tools by responding to complex ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues or questions arising from system or business process perspectives.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends in financial markets and engage with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale datasets and perform complex statistical analyses.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals to integrate quantitative insights into portfolio management decisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in quantitative analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (minimum 4 years).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
