The role of Cash Operations Associate is to support the processing and control of cash remittances, FX/MM and FX/MM derivatives transactions. The incumbent will work closely with colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The processing and controls of processes within the Cash function.
  • Ensuring that services delivered to clients are most efficiently and productively performed.
  • Proactively managing and resolving discrepancies relating to functions they are responsible for with internal and external stakeholders both locally and abroad.
  • Participating in Asia Operations projects, proactively driving and implementing process enhancement and improvements where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, or professional qualification in Banking/Finance

">

Up to 3 years of FXMM Derivatives transactions & settlements processing experience.

">

Familiar with financial products (FX/MM, FX/MM Derivatives) as well as market infrastructures, SWIFT message types, regulations and operational risks related to trade processing and settlement of these products.

">

Good knowledge and practice of Office suite. Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus.

">

Experience in Private Banking and background is a plus.

">
