As a Health Screening Clinic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. Your primary duties will include performing blood draws, vaccinations, ECGs, visual tests, wound dressings, swabs, and other medical procedures.
Clinical Care Responsibilities:- Perform various medical procedures such as blood draws, vaccinations, ECGs, visual tests, wound dressings, swabs, etc.
- Assist with health screenings and finger-prick glucose tests.
- Help with patient registration, consultations, and follow-up care.
- Dispense medications under doctor supervision and provide counseling.
- Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and CHAS/Medisave claims.
- Liaise with labs, pharmacies, and partners for smooth operations.
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and safe.
- Serve as a chaperone and assist the doctor during procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Singaporean or PR status.
- Enrolled or Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Diploma/Higher Nitec in Nursing.
- Certified in BCLS/AED.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinic setting.
- Confidence in blood draws, vaccinations, and basic procedures.
- Friendly, patient-oriented, independent, and team-spirited attitude.
- Familiarity with clinic systems and claims (preferred).
- No temporary or short-term employment history.
