About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Champion will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for addressing customer issues, providing proactive and effective account management, and fostering collaboration across different departments. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop strategic approaches to enhance revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution within defined timelines.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Contribute to the preparation of bids, playing a critical role in the success of customer engagements and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide insights to enhance revenue through strategic approaches aligned with existing business models, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and KPI assessments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Offer troubleshooting support and guidance to the global operations team, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Work closely with various teams, including sales, customer service, billing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $6,500 - $8,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
