Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission photocopier machines and connectivity at customer premises, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • D diagnose and repair equipment on-site and off-site, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Manage tool kits, spare parts, and consumable supplies accurately, maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and adjust photocopier settings in the field, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
  • Extend exceptional support by meeting customers' needs with timely responses, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Submit meter readings in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient billing processes.
  • Provide comprehensive training and advice to customers on operation and basic maintenance of machines, enhancing their understanding and skillset.
  • Interact professionally with all customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and fellow employees, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driving license, enabling you to travel between locations efficiently.
  • Preferred experience in hands-on repair/service of copier machines from various brands, including Canon, Ricoh, and Xerox.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, prioritizing satisfaction and building trust.
  • Show proficiency in PC skills and basic network knowledge, with familiarity in networking and installation an advantage.
  • Highlight any relevant certifications or training, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
