Job Description

As a Senior Screen Artist, you will work closely with our Project Managers to adapt visual master assets for marketing communication materials across various regions.

  • You will build adapted versions of visual assets using Photoshop and AI, leveraging 'Smart Objects', 'Layer Styles', and 'Adjustment Layers' to ensure high-quality results.
  • You will receive localization briefs from the Project Manager(s) and convert existing Photoshop assets into specific languages for assigned markets, maintaining the original level of quality and detail.
  • You will accurately format copy provided by our global team and localise files as per requirements.
  • You will perform photo retouching for lifestyle images used in assigned markets, ensuring that the imagery displayed is relevant and licensed for the country where it will appear.
  • You will sync up with the global team on software updates and technical requirements.
  • You will adhere to an established graphic production process, maintaining consistency in font usage, colour profiles, filename conventions, and structuring of archived assets, while handing off localized assets efficiently.
  • You will memorize localisation guidelines and proactively identify assets that fall outside given guidelines.
  • You will ensure and manage the consistency of assets organised on the server.
Requirements

This project typically lasts between 3-5 weeks and requires full-day on-site work at the office in Singapore during each project duration.

  • You have experience in graphic production at a design firm, ad agency, or interactive shop.
  • You are a flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • You have knowledge of image and production-specific needs for image reproduction, including website builds, POS, Motion Graphics, and email marketing.
  • You are proficient in OS & iOS software.
  • You possess intermediate photo retouching skills.
  • You have accurate, excellent memory, and an eye for detail.
  • You can work in a fast-paced, demanding creative and production environment, requiring flexibility and occasional work beyond regular hours.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $4,500 - SGD $6,000 per month, depending on experience.
