Role Overview

The High Jewelry Retail Leader is a pivotal role within the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique, responsible for driving sales growth, developing the sales team, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet performance goals, including feedback, coaching, and closing sales.
  • Support the sales team in developing client relationships, utilizing the database to identify opportunities, and fostering a sales culture that emphasizes loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, providing guidance and motivation to the team while upholding the Maison's values and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop short and mid-term strategies to attract, convert, and retain new clients, focusing on delivering an exceptional boutique experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably with a background in high jewelry or fine arts.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing teams, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire the team.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
