As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for ICT courses and capstone projects. This involves maintaining, configuring, and supporting lab/project hardware/software to ensure they are in good working condition.
Additionally, you will support faculties and students in troubleshooting issues in physical/virtual lab environments, assist in sourcing and evaluation of new equipment/software, and liaise with third-party vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in computing/electrical and electronic engineering/ICT or its equivalent, preferably with 5 or more years of relevant experience in IT or higher education environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A university degree in computing/electrical and electronic engineering/ICT or its equivalent.
- Preferably with 5 or more years of relevant experience in IT or higher education environments.
- Experience in container technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- CCNA/CCNP preferable.
- Additional cloud certifications from AWS, Azure and Google will be advantageous.
