About This Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative digital payment solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of our digital payments platform and power growth operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement AI-enabled initiatives to optimize compliance settlement processes and operational efficiency.
- Own and execute the roadmap for key payment products such as P2P transfers merchant payments card issuance and payment gateways.
- Define clear product requirements wireframes and prototypes to guide development and ensure timely delivery.
- Establish and track KPIs leveraging data insights and user feedback to iterate and improve products.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to build and launch impactful features and champion Agile best practices.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to MVP to launch ensuring delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging solutions assess feasibility and propose new product opportunities.
- Benchmark against competitors and stay up-to-date with fintech trends.
- Collaborate with Operations Marketing and Customer Experience to support go-to-market strategies.
