RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Diaphragm Wall Construction Manager to lead our diaphragm wall construction projects.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction. You will be responsible for managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects
  • Oversee the design, development, and approval of construction plans and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations on-site
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
  • Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance, and risk management
  • Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, and technical challenges
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction
  • Proven track record managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental, and safety standards will be advantageous
  • Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management of projects
  • Effective communication, stakeholder, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
