We are looking for a talented Marine Quality Specialist to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

As a Marine Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and leading different teams to identify and analyze root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive measures to prevent future quality challenges.

You will work closely with various divisions, including engineering, manufacturing, classification societies, and suppliers, to maintain uniform quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and lead different teams to identify and analyze root causes of quality issues
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent future quality challenges
  • Work alongside various divisions to maintain uniform quality throughout the product lifecycle
  • Keep updated of the latest quality enhancement methodologies and tools
  • Monitor and analyze warranty data for reporting, implement changes to new products, and drive continuous enhancement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management within the marine or shipyard industry
  • Proficient in quality improvement tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis and preventive action planning
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions effectively
  • Proven leadership abilities to lead cross-functional teams
