We are currently seeking a Bakery Management Trainee to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Bakery Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning the operational procedures of our bakery department. This includes understanding the daily mixing schedule and accurately weighing ingredients.

The role involves advancing preparation, dividing dough according to its characteristics, shaping portions without damaging the dough, and baking products following established procedures.

  • Preparation: Learn the operation process of the bakery department, advance preparation, accurately weigh ingredients, check extensibility and follow the daily mixing schedule.
  • Dividing: Understand the characteristics of each dough and perform troubleshooting.
  • Shaping: Understand the amount of portion filling, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly and according to procedure.
  • Baking: Understand and follow the baking procedure and process.
  • Filing: Correctly weight and understand expiration date of each filling.
  • Sanitation: Understand and follow correct cleaning procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have basic knowledge of bakery operations and strong attention to detail. You must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with colleagues.

  • Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with bakery operations, including ingredient preparation, dough handling, and product baking.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately weigh ingredients, monitor temperatures, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, provide feedback on quality control, and respond to customer inquiries.
