Job Title: Horticulturist


Nature Landscapes is seeking a skilled Horticulturist to oversee landscaping works, collaborate with the operations manager, and liaise with clients and officers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise landscape works and ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations.
  • Plan resources, including workers and equipment, in collaboration with the operations manager.
  • Liaise with management agents regarding work arrangements, site meetings, and feedback.
  • Develop innovative landscape solutions to enhance work site outcomes.
  • Advise clients on horticultural matters and mitigation measures.
  • Onboard new gardeners, provide performance expectations guidance, and manage landscape challenges.
  • Prepare schedules and regular site reports.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Landscape Design and Horticulture.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in horticultural and landscape maintenance.
  • Able to work in diverse environments.
  • Comfortable handling ad-hoc matters beyond working hours.
  • Proficient written and communication skills.
  • Excellent team player and ability to work independently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
