Job Title: Server Infrastructure Manager


We are seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our server infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Windows systems administration, including experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure server infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for backup and disaster recovery.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including user management and security groups.
  • Deploy and manage virtual desktop solutions across the organisation.
  • Configure and manage Windows-based security solutions and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for complex Windows-related issues.
  • Manage and optimise AWS cloud resources and services.
  • Implement and maintain configuration management solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows systems administration.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 Certified).
  • Strong experience in Active Directory administration, Group Policy management, and Windows Server management.
  • Proven experience with virtual desktop solutions (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops).
  • Understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Experience with configuration management tool.

Preferred Skills:
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of containerisation technologies.
