Industry Engagement Specialist

Job Role
Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Industry Transformation Map (ITM) initiatives. This position will focus on cultivating strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement to promote the adoption of our Workforce Singapore (WSG) programs and progressive human resource practices.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with industry leaders, government agencies, and tripartite partners to design and implement targeted manpower interventions addressing sectoral challenges.
- Consult with employers to drive the adoption of WSG programs and innovative HR practices tailored to their needs.
Strategic Manpower Planning
- Identify and assess critical industry and manpower issues, as well as skills gaps and needs.
- Work closely with strategic partners to diagnose areas for improvement and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and recommend tailored human capital solutions aligned with business objectives and manpower requirements.
Project Management
- Plan and review budget requirements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and processes.
- Coordinate outreach events, career fairs, and industry engagements to foster connections and drive business growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in industry engagement, business development, or account management is preferred.
