As an aerospace technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of aerospace components.

Our team is seeking a skilled aerospace technician to join our team. The successful candidate will possess expertise in creating computer numerically controlled (CNC) programs, simulation of virtual machine features on ICAM software, setup and operation of CNC machines, reading and interpretation of technical blueprints and design models, monitoring machine operation and making adjustments as needed, maintaining detailed records of equipment and procedures, performing routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment, and inspecting finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Create accurate CNC programs for aerospace components/parts.
  • Simulate virtual machine features on ICAM software to prevent collisions or gouges.
  • Set up raw materials for machine operation.
  • Load CNC and UHF programs into the machine.
  • Read and interpret route cards, setup sheets, technical blueprints, and design models.
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of equipment and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Diploma in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Able to work overtime or shift work when required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with independent work capabilities.
