Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at BBG Electrical Engineering PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, managing reports, coordinating internal work, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with departments to manage reports and coordinate internal tasks
  • Provide office support and facilitate information flow among internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate detailed reports and data
  • Coordinate business procurement related matters with vendors
  • Develop and maintain business-related budgeting and costings
  • Conduct audits and track reports
  • Manage general administrative duties and office maintenance
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in office support or business operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills with various departments
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum (estimated based on industry standards)
