Clinical Research Position

Our institution is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Specialist to play a pivotal role in the smooth execution of clinical research studies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with Principal Investigators, site-PIs, and various departments to ensure all clinical research procedures are carried out efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with PI, site-PI, and various departments to coordinate clinical research procedures
- Plan, organize, and manage research study workflow
- Ensure adherence to protocol procedures
- Screen research participants for eligibility and enroll them according to research protocol
- Explain protocol to research participants and obtain informed consent
- Schedule appointments for research participants within required time frames
- Arrange for clinical/laboratory tests and investigations; update schedule visit logs
As a seasoned professional, you will have opportunities to mentor junior clinical research staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
Additional Responsibilities:- Perform quality checks on studies as Institution Monitor (where applicable)
- Participate in projects and activities assigned by the Team Lead or Director, Clinical Research Unit
