Job Responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating business trips, and making dinner arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Schedule management and appointment coordination for the CEO
  • Varying arrangements, including domestic and international business trips, dinners, and transportation
  • Information management and coordination with internal departments
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and visitors
  • General admin duties, including documentation, environment maintenance, expense reimbursement, and equipment management
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Public Relations

  • General management of internal and external public relations operations
  • Updating the website, managing media articles, company brochures, and ordering business cards

Business Promotion

  • Promotion of new business
  • Grasping necessary information, both internal and external, for business promotion
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Good multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows PC and related tools/Microsoft Office
  • Open to business trips to Japan
  • Native-level Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and staff
  • Advanced-level English for business email writing
  • A proactive attitude with ownership of assigned duties
  • Attention to detail
