Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of public art programmes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead programme development and execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver schedules, operational plans, and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to foster synergies between departments, cultivate opportunities, and develop outreach strategies.
  • Identify and develop strategic programme partners, working with partnership managers and relevant departments.
  • Generate content, including programme materials, reports, marketing, and online information.
  • Manage projects, processes, and procedures under your responsibility.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the arts and culture sector or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Art Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative, motivated, dynamic, and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

The Public Art Programme Leader will be responsible for leading the development and execution of public art programmes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
