About the Role:The Innovation Office has a vision to pioneer cutting-edge global-first co-innovations in public health and health promotion. As an Innovation Programmes Lead, you will conceptualise, plan, design, commission, and implement new innovative products and programmes that transform and lead the next-generation public health landscape.
Responsibilities:- Engage internal and external stakeholders to drive business innovation and strategic partnerships;
- Drive the execution of assigned products and programmes to achieve desired outcomes on-time and within budget;
- Coordinate and perform ancillary activities to advance assigned products and programmes, including internal consultations, legal, and procurement work;
- Monitor and report progress, tracking budget utilisation and implementation timelines;
- Maintain alignment with key stakeholders throughout product or programme lifecycles.
- At least 9 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar roles with demonstrated project management expertise;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with good analytical, planning, and management skills towards achieving set objectives;
- Ability to understand business needs, strategise, and leverage data for decision-making;
- Strong stakeholder management skills to engage and influence towards desired outcomes;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Able to navigate a highly matrixed, fluid, and fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with data management processes and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA);
- Prior experience in healthcare or research fields is advantageous;
- Project management certifications like PMI are considered favourable.
